They -just- announced that they're canceling it, so I don't know if it counts, but I pick Stargate: Atlantis. Other than that, Enterprise.

It's Kate's birthday and I got her the best present... a job. ^__^ It'll be weird to have her work at my store, but I'm always in the finishing room anyway, so it shouldn't be that bad. And if it doesn't work out in the long term, at least we'll be able to pay the rent and buy food this month, neh?

In other news, I got to climb up on a shelf at work and use a painter's extender rod with a hook taped to the end of it to haul a big soft-pack cooler with wheels up from behind it, where it had fallen. That was really hard, and now Grant [new guy at work] thinks I'm awesome, which is always a plus. Oh, and Jen stopped by for paint and she has the tiniest dog and totally doesn't remember that we hated each other when we lived together. Weird, but easier to carry on civil conversation, what with her being a customer and all.

Last night was 'Fall River Celebrates America'. We didn't go, but we could see the fireworks from Kate's room and they kept shooting off the big guns on the battleship in the river. I like explosions. ^__^

I'm working at the hardware store again, Kate got fired from her job in Boston, so we're scrambling to get her something close so that I can still work weekends. Traci isn't talking to me anymore, which I really can't blame her for. Someone actually bid on the story that I put up for the MSF auction, so now I have to finish writing it [like, 4 months ago... ^__^;;] and then send it to Ireland, which is all fuckin' awesome. Even though the profit went to charity, that is my first sold story. I'm on my way. If I ever get it finished...

Other things... I have a full-fledged obsession with the Joker brewing, though I haven't seen the Dark Knight yet [not a word, from any of you...]. I made up my own group of super-powered individuals [more on that coming soon]. I'm actually going to start writing original stuff [once my story obligation is out of the way].

Oh, and I really am sorry for drifting.
